Because research materials may be temperature-sensitive and chain-of-custody matters, opened, used, reconstituted, punctured, relabelled, improperly stored, or otherwise compromised materials are not eligible for resale or ordinary return. Do not send any item back without written authorization.

If an order is missing, incorrect, damaged, or arrives with a suspected transit issue, contact Nexyra promptly after delivery. Include the order number, batch label, shipping carton, internal packaging, and clear photographs. Keep all packaging and do not discard the material until instructed.

Nexyra reviews reported issues individually. Depending on verified facts, inventory, carrier findings, and applicable law, an available remedy may include replacement, store credit, partial refund, or refund to the original payment method. Submitting a request does not guarantee a particular remedy.

A remedy may be unavailable for address errors supplied by the purchaser, refusal or failure to receive delivery, improper storage after delivery, unauthorized forwarding, misuse, ordinary packaging variation, or a concern reported without reasonably requested evidence. These limitations do not override rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where practicable. Banks and payment providers control posting time. Original shipping, expedited service, and handling costs may be non-refundable unless the issue resulted from Nexyra's error or applicable law requires otherwise.
